My overall experience with Australian Assignment Help Provider was not the best one. However, if you wonder “is assignment provider legit?”, the answer is “Yes.” Do not expect the highest quality of the paper, but at least they deliver papers within the chosen deadline. So, this service may be helpful only if you don’t care about your grade, and thus, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Is assignment provider scam? The design of the Assignment Provider AUS website doesn’t look really reliable, and it may seem like a scam at first glance, though, I have received my assignment on time. The ordering process is a bit confusing. The company tries to convince you that they are the best assignment writing website in Australia, but, there are no reviews or at least links that may prove any customers’ feedback. The minimum deadline they offer is 24 hours. So, if you are in a hurry and have an urgent assignment within a couple of hours, this service is not for you.

Is assignment provider reliable? Well, I don’t have a clear answer. There are no assignment provider reviews from real customers on the website. I’ve also searched through most of the consumer review platforms like Trustpilot and Sitejabber but found nothing. Even Reddit search gave me a zero result. Their Facebook page is almost empty as well. 

Service Commitments

Assignment Provider AUS has a 15-day refund policy which allows asking for your money back within 15 days from the date of the paper’s delivery. If you wish to cancel your order before the assignment is delivered, you have only 24 hours to do so. They also promise a refund in case the paper cannot be completed or delivered to you on time.

A refund procedure is not presented, and there are no clear instructions on what you should do in case something goes wrong and you want to cancel your order and get the money back. Are papers plagiarism free? This is not mentioned, so be cautious! 

Assignmentprovider-aus: Different Services

You can order different types of assignment for Undergraduate, Masters, or PhD academic levels, but there is no option for High School. There is no list of the services on the website, and you can find them only during the ordering process. In the order form, you can choose between assignment, essay, dissertation, proofreading, financial analysis, PowerPoint presentation, report, research paper, book report and review, formatting, research proposal, and lab review.

Order Methodology

The order form on the website is quite confusing. You are not able to choose the academic level or the deadline before you select the type of work. Moreover, if you change the type of paper after the level of work and the deadline are chosen, all the fields will be cleared, and you’ll have to start all over again. One of the most disappointing parts is that you cannot upload any files to the order form, so you may easily forget about it after the payment process.

The price range starts from 11.95 AUD for a 1-page undergraduate assignment with a 45-day deadline. The maximum price for a 1-page essay of doctorate level with 24 hours deadline is 37.95 AUD. There is no price list on the their website, and you should use either the price calculator or the order form. 

There is a Special Discount page, but you will not find any promo codes there. They promise a special discount for their “esteemed members”, but there is not a word of how to get this membership. The Assignment Provider discount code is available on the main page, but I couldn’t apply it in the order form.

Assignment Quality

Was the quality of the paper from Assignment Provider good? It was way less than I expected from an Undergraduate writer. I ordered a movie review, and it seemed like the writer didn’t even watch it. He just used a random online review of that movie and rephrased it. And that’s the best he could do having a 7-day deadline!

Support for Clients

You can contact Australian Assignment Help Provider team via the landline, in the chat, sending them an email or via the fax. Support Agents are available 24/7, indeed, but they provide the same basic information that is already posted on the website. Unfortunately, this wasn’t much of a help for me.

The only extra option Assignment Provider-Aus offers is a Preferred Writer. This feature was created only for regular customers, and it has no benefit for new customers like me. So, nothing interesting for you, if you are not an “esteemed member.”
