AussieWriter is a pathetic attempt to pose as a reputable academic help company with a lousy site design, unprofessional customer support, the lack of customer feedback to prove its status, and, most importantly, overpriced papers of insufficient quality.

AussieWriter, or Write My Essay Australia as it is called on one of the pages for some reason, is what you would think it is – a writing service for Australian students. However, they offer their services to customers from other English-speaking countries as well, and that is proven by the available choice of currencies.

Being no exception, Aussie Essay Writer claims to be one of the best companies of this kind you can find. If only those words could always be true, no one would need AussieWriter com reviews.

Sadly, this is not so, and there is one question I have - “Is AussieWriter reliable?” Only one way to find out, and for you, it’s by reading this review.

As per usual, I checked TrustPilot and SiteJabber for AussieWriter reviews. Guess what? There were none. I checked Reddit next, and not a word there either. Could this be because it’s an Australian company? I think the reason is that not as many people have used Aussie Writer as their site wants us to believe.

I checked the social profiles they promote on their site hoping to read some comments there. That was of little help because AussieWriter turned out to be neither active nor popular there.

By the way, on the site, they were claiming to have 4.9/5 on Trustpilot. So, is AussieWriter scam? I still wasn’t ready to say it was, so I googled some more for at least some feedback.

I cannot vouch for any Australian Help review I found this way since they were way too different. Some of the shortest ones claimed having received the best papers possible, others would go into more details and proclaim AussieWriter legit, yet falling far short of the promised quality.

And there were reviews calling this company nothing but a sham, delivering awful papers with delays and not following their guarantees at all. And that’s where my next stop was going to be.

Neither Guarantees, nor Refund Policy pages were anywhere to be seen on the site. Getting around it is actually quite an issue. I don’t think they were trying to hide those pages, probably just structured the site badly. I managed to find the Terms and Conditions at the end of the order form.

AussieWriter’s customers are entitled to free revisions within 14 days from the order completion date, and it’s 30 days for some larger assignments like a dissertation, thesis, research proposal, thesis proposal, dissertation chapters writing, etc.

The number of revisions and their necessity are determined by the Quality Assurance Department. The same goes for refunds, which have to be requested within 72 hours after the order completion to be considered.

AussieWriter also guarantees 100% originality of papers and timely delivery, but they bear no responsibility if a student receives a bad grade for the paper he’s got here.

AussieWriter offers the following types of services: writing, editing, formatting, proofreading, problem solving, programming, answering multiple-choice questions, making PowerPoint presentations, and more.

The list of papers types they accept to work on is quite long, including essays, book reviews, research papers, dissertations, lab reports, articles, term papers, etc.

In other words, there seems to be nothing these Aussie writers wouldn’t take on, whether because they really have all the necessary experts or because they are just desperate and want to convince you to pay them in any way possible.

How to Order Your Paper

The ordering process is probably the best thing about this site because they made sure you don’t have trouble finding the button for it. The form is also easy to understand and fill out by providing all the typical information about yourself and your order.

Aussiewriter: Prices & Discounts

Locating the prices page was another pain in the ass, as I coincidentally stumbled upon it the first time, but spent 5 minutes trying to find it again. The link was at the bottom of the About Us page. Like what, why!?

Now, the prices are average, and not the lowest you can find. A 1-page essay with 10 days to write it will cost you almost $14, that’s the lowest AussieWriter price you can get here.

A shorter deadline or increasing the quality level will cause the price to grow. The good thing is there is an 18% Aussiewriter discount, but it can only be applied once, and you won’t ever get another one.

Quality of Assignments

If only the price were justified by the quality of an essay I’ve got. It was very and very disappointing, both structure and content-wise. I ordered a simple 3-page essay with the longest deadline, paying 34 bucks with the discount, and it was totally not worth it.

I specifically chose the standard quality to see what an Aussie essay writer would deliver to me, since choosing higher levels seemed like overpaying for nothing. Well, it was sloppy, the writer was losing the train of thought several times, and there were a lot of minor mistakes.

I asked a customer agent for the Terms and Conditions, and she responded almost instantly but gave me a link to the Privacy Policy instead. When I pointed out that was not what I had asked for, it took her several minutes to give me the proper link. It seemed like she didn’t quite remember where to find it herself.

And when I thanked her and said that was it for now, she started introducing the company and asking me whether I was going to order anything. To me, the customer service turned out to be incompetent and annoying.

Offers & Paper Extras

There are several extra features you can order, but they seem useless and just another way to charge you more. Like VIP support, meaning customer service agents will provide you with extremely fast and useful answers.

Or additional proofreading by an editor. I’m sorry, I thought those things should come by default.
