I was lucky to discover only a couple of them, but even they were not positive. Unfortunately, nobody has ever heard anything about this essay writing service.

My next site to visit was TrustPilot, but I found nothing there as well. Only on SiteJabber was I lucky to find something - 3 comments!! Two of them were totally negative, and one granted the company a 5-star rating. And that is the feedback for the company which has been working for a decade? I have deep concerns about the trustworthiness of this company.

I do not like the order form at Essay24 because it is very messy and quite long. It is definitely not the best solution, especially if you are a new customer. On the third step, you need to agree with the terms and conditions, though you were required to do the same on the previous step.

Is it a bug or do they want to be 100% sure that I’ve read them? By the way, they could at least provide a link to the terms and conditions because to read them, you first need to find them on the site.

The prices are about average on Essay24. I cannot say that they are really good, but at least not too high, in other words, affordable. I saw the field for an essay 24 discount code when I was filling the order form, but I didn’t find a discount code either on the home page nor on the Price page.  

Final Paper Quality

Placing an order at Essay24, I’ve already felt that I would not see the perfect paper. Nevertheless, I continued because I needed to be 100% sure that this service is either bad or good. To my biggest disappointment, Essay24 couldn’t write an excellent paper for me.

My essay contained a lot of mistakes, confusing statements, and awkward sentences. Everything from grammar to spelling was bad. Can you imagine that? How is that possible at all to make spelling mistakes when there are so many tools today which can check that and even provide you with a correct word.

User Support

There is a live chat, but it doesn’t work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week like most of the live chats to do at other writing services. My experience with an agent via chat was not pleasant, though usually, the guys from this department know how to do their work well.
