Is Express Essay reliable? My experience tells me, it isn’t. The service has a big problem with the paper quality. They aren’t client-oriented at all. All they want is to earn as much money as possible with minimal effort. I don’t recommend this service unless you want to waste your time and money. I will never give another chance to them.

Is Express Essay legit? There is no information about the service in the About Us section. There is no information about their real location or their writers’ origin. Everything written about the company is presented in very general terms. There are a lot of imaginary advantages, but they are not good at promises as well as in writing.

The first thing I did was to check Express Essay reviews. I found nothing for “express essay reddit” search. So, I went to Trustpilot but it didn’t have information about the website too. Then I visited Sitejabber and found there 2 reviews.

These reviews were positive but they said nothing useful about the site. I’m not sure that these comments were left by real people, not by Express Essays bots. These two pieces of feedback were the only information I could find about the company on the Internet.

Is Express Essay safe? I don’t think so. They don’t have precise rules in their refund policy. I also found no mentions that they give free revisions. They have a perfect opportunity to come up with a million excuses to refuse you in a refund and they will use any of them to reject your refund request. There are no time frame and no strict terms for money back. 

Different Services

The service provides a wide range of works in all academic disciplines. It offers essay writing and editing services. They can also write a thesis/dissertation or an application essay for you. However, the list of services is quite extensive. They claim that they can write a synopsis as well as a discussion board post. You can even order solutions to Excel exercises. 

Order Methodology

The service involves a few steps that every customer should take to get a paper. First of all, you should fill out an order form on the website. There you should specify your name, email address and phone number. You should also specify all the instructions for your paper in this section.

You may choose the style of your paper, a number of sources, spacing and even a preferred language style (for UK writer you have to pay extra $5). Then you should pay either with a credit card or PayPal. Once the payment is verified, the order will be assigned to a writer. The final work is uploaded into the customer’s profile and delivered to your e-mail address.

Express-Essays Review: Fee Structure

You can see the Express Essay discount code once you visit the main page of the website. It promises you 15% off for the first order. There is also some kind of affiliate program. You can earn 10% of an order made by a person you bring. 

There is a price calculator on the website. It looks like a table with deadlines column and academic levels.

Assignment Quality

Express Essay scam became clear as soon as I received the paper. The assignment instruction wasn’t followed, neither did the writer read the instruction. The revision couldn’t improve the situation.

The text was full of grammar mistakes. It looks like it was written by not a native English speaker. Express Essay didn't assume any liability for the amateurish writing they provided to me. They didn't give me a discount or assigned another writer to improve my paper. 

Support for Clients

I tried to contact a manager via the live chat but I had to wait for each response for 5-7 minutes. So, I decided to call the hotline number. The support manager was not a native English speaker, probably from India. The first manager helped me to get a revision, she was very polite. Then I received the edited version that was completely the same and I had to call support manager again.

I spoke with another agent but he wasn’t so suave. He told me that the company would not give me a refund because I had not specified the instructions well enough.

There are several free extras on the site. You can get a free plagiarism report and a free outline. You can get a free revision within 2 days, as I have said. The title page, bibliography, formatting, and email delivery are also free.
