Papers Masters is a US-based writing company that was created in 1998. Later in 2000, it was acquired by E World Publishing, Inc., a family company based in Hunlock Creek, Pennsylvania.

They provide custom paper writing service due to a team of over 70 freelance writers who have at least a Master's degree; however, in their hiring form, a Bachelor's diploma is the minimum requirement to become a part of a writing team and I doubt all writers are Master degree holders.

Is PaperMasters reliable? If you try to answer this question by searching for papermasters.com reviews, it will be quite hard. They provide the link to some testimonials on their website; however, the page is not available, and all you get is "404 Not Found".

Moreover, the company's profile on Trustpilot doesn't exist at all. No PaperMasters reviews on Reddit are available as well. If you go to Sitejabber, you will find only one review, and it is negative, claiming that Papermasters scam writing service is not worth trying. The absence of the feedback is really alarming.

Is PaperMasters scam? I had a really hard time finding any mention on their money-back guarantee. After finally getting to the Terms and Conditions page I have discovered that they don't provide refunds at all. "All sales are final," and refunds or replacements are not granted for all the customers. 

They also provide the customers with free revisions, but within the extremely short period of 4 days from the date of the final product delivery. Is PaperMasters safe? One of their main guarantees is that your data is protected and all the papers are plagiarism-free and no one will ever know that your essay was commissioned, not written by you.

PaperMasters provides a variety of academic writing services mostly for Masters and Postgraduate levels. Highschool level of writing is absent on the website. They do offer research paper writing, term papers, essays, Master's proposals, dissertation writing, admission papers, case studies, summaries, and many more. It's not mentioned if they do editing and proofreading type of work.

Order Procedure

Before placing an order, you should fill in the order form adding all your assignment details. The order form starts with the class name, your academic level, the number of pages and sources, the format, and the deadline.

All the papers due less than four days are considered being rush and cost more. After that, you should add your contact information and payment details. If you are a new customer, you will have to wait for a call from a representative within 12 hours to confirm the price and to proceed with the payment. 

Paper Masters: Pricing Secrets

The prices of PapersMasters are relatively high. However, they state that this is a sign of quality and all other services with lower prices should be avoided at all costs. They don't have a High School writing level, and the minimum price for an Undergraduate level is $23.95.

The maximum price for a rush Masters/Postgraduate level paper is $40.95 per page. PaperMasters discount code is not available on their website, and I believe it does not exist at all. 

Assignment Quality

I ordered a 3-page non-rush essay from PaperMasters, and it cost me $92.85 as my level was Graduate. I got the paper on time; however, I was not impressed with the quality, especially paying such a high price.

It was a text with lots of mistakes and awkward sentences. I had to edit it myself since the writer failed to improve it even after the second revision. You can receive a much better assignment for a lower price from other companies.

Support for Users

The customer support of PaperMasters is quick to reply and very friendly. The only issue is that you can contact them via the phone number only. Personally, I prefer chatting with support agents, and the absence of any kind of chat or messaging system is a big drawback for customer support. The direct communication with the writer is not available as well.

PaperMasters claim that they have no hidden costs and no surprises. Therefore, they don't offer any extra features or bundles. For the additional payment, you can only add slides to your assignment if a PowerPoint presentation is required.
