Unfortunately, I was not able to find Professays reviews on one of the most reputable platforms. 

My next attempt to know more about the service was Sitejabber, and I failed again. 

So, is Professays scam? I started having some doubts about it. The last chance to find at least some information about the site was Reddit, and I failed again.

It is written on the site that they provide free revision policy, and clients have a right to return work as long as the initial instructions are not met. One can send it as many times as it is necessary. Is Professays reliable? Judging by the fact that they are ready to revise my work until it is perfect, maybe, yes, but I have doubts about their refund policy.

I found out info that it can be full or partial. The Quality Assistant department will decide whether they return your money back or not. The grace period is 96 hours and if you haven't contacted representatives of the site during this period for a refund, it means that you won’t get your means back. I think that the refund policy is a little bit unclear.

Is Professays scam? Judging by my experience, no, but the company could hire more professional writers.
