Rush Essay is yet another of those writing services claiming to be the best of the best, but you won’t even find a lot of reviews of this “industry leader”. And those you can find tend to show it not in the best light. They charge a lot, there are many pointless extra features, and the end result is not worth the money. Rush Essay is not what it wants you to think it is, and it can be easily seen by carefully examining the site.

The other day I found a writing service that has managed to escape my eyes in all the years I’ve been doing these reviews. This is surprising, considering how many of its clones I found preparing this Rush Essay review. The site was launched in 1997, and you can tell by its looks; it’s very primitive and with old-looking design, and all their other sites are identical. So, besides rushaneassay.com I am reviewing (which changes its address to rushessay.com on some pages), there are all kinds of variations of spelling it: rush-essays.com, rushessays.com, rushessaya.com.

I’m sure there are more, and I even checked for some Rush Essay UK sites. Yep, there is rushessay.co.uk, which looks different than all the previous ones I mentioned, but the browser tab shows the same logo, and it also has a very mediocre design. It has a twin, rushessayservice.com, so I guess the company has a few templates they use to create an endless number of pages to attract customers. The main question is, of course, “Is Rush Essay legit?” Let’s find out whether they deliver what they promise.

What do people say about this company, claiming to be “the most successful writing service on a global level”? Surely, there should be enough reviews with it offering services for over 20 years. And yes, I found some, but no Rush Essays Reddit threads (besides those created by the company itself for promotional purposes, but there were also no comments).

I moved on to Trustpilot, discovering only 6 negative comments there. I wasn’t too quick to trust them, as they seemed somewhat suspicious, yet so did the fact that there are no other comments there. Only on Sitejabber could I find the proof that people are actually ordering papers from RushEssay. Basically, out of 110 reviews, there was almost an equal amount of negative and positive feedback with an overall rating of 3/5 stars. I would not call that a sign of a good company.

It’s really confusing when half the customers say it’s a great service while the other half urges to stay away from it at all cost. Some other reviews I found on the Internet state that it really depends on the writer you’ll get, and there is a chance to have a decent paper. However, at this point, it seems more of a lottery to me, and that’s not what students come seeking here, pressed on time and hoping to get help for the good money they pay.

Let’s see what guarantees the company has to offer. For once, they promise 100% satisfaction, unlimited revisions, and a money-back guarantee on the main page, but I couldn’t even find such a page on rushaneassay.com until I clicked around to be redirected to one of their clone sites and finally spotted Terms & Conditions at the very bottom.

And here, everything seems not as bright and hopeful. First of all, it’s stated that the company does not guarantee you will not receive a bad grade for your paper. I mean, I know they really cannot promise that with absolute surety, but being so insecure about the quality of their work is really uninspiring to place an order.

Ok, what about a refund? Well, there are more cases describing when you cannot get it than the ones that make you feel safe about your money. There are refunds possible for bad writing, but only the company will decide whether yours is the case. Sure, that’s exactly what I wanted to hear!

Also, if you do get a refund, RushEssay has the right to resell the work written for you. The way I see it is there is a chance you’ll get a prewritten work that somewhat fits your subject but not a custom one.

Rushanessay.com: Different Services

It seems there is nothing Rush Essay writing service cannot do. They offer writing all kinds of academic papers, from an essay or a book report to a dissertation, as well as proofreading and editing all of the above. Besides that, they can also write or edit a resume, CV, or a cover letter for you, and even offer assistance with programming, PP presentations, and statistics projects. How well they can do all that is listed on the site is a different matter entirely.

Luckily, there are samples of some of these works, so you can see for yourself. I have to admit though, that for works used to demonstrate their writers’ skills, those are pretty average at best, with visible mistakes and no apparent proofreading. Oh, yeah, and this definitely looks like a presentation you should pay 23 bucks per slide. Pathetic!

The ordering process is no different than on most other sites like this. If you have ever ordered a paper, you will see a familiar form. If not, everything is completely clear. You select the details of the work you need, some extra services, provide personal information, enter the Rush Essay discount code, and get the final price. You then proceed to the payment stage.

Fee Structure

Rush Essay keeps stating that they offer affordable prices, but those, in fact, are quite high, especially when you see the final product. Moreover, they offer three quality levels, Standard, Advanced, and Premium, to create an illusion of options. But if you look into it, you don’t get anything special for paying more.

High priority supposedly lets your order to be completed sooner than others in line, but what does it matter if you set a deadline anyway? An advanced plagiarism check seems pointless as well, as they guarantee 100% plagiarism-free papers to everyone. At least choosing an experienced writer sounds better, and I decided to check how well he or she would write a paper for me.

Rush An Essay: Assignment Quality

What I got positively did not look like a work of a person who’s been writing those for over 5 years. Or maybe my writer did in fact have such a vast experience, but that doesn’t mean he was doing a good job all those years. I ordered a short research paper, but the writer failed to explore the topic properly, it was very vague. The text also contained mistakes, wrong use of articles, improper sentence structure. Obviously, it was not checked by editors despite this being promised on the site. This was not an excellent paper the company promises, and even with the automatic discount for the first order which did not require any Rush Essay coupon, it wasn’t worth the money paid.

Customer service can be reached by various means, such as by calling a toll-free Rush Essay phone number, sending an email, writing in a live chat, or using the Messenger. The customer support agent was friendly and answered my questions quickly and informatively, which left me satisfied with the work of this department. However, when I contacted it again to get a refund for the unsatisfactory paper I received, the agent answered rudely at times, and stop responding completely after some more messages.
