I decided to check the Brillassignment rating on such platforms as Sitejabber and Trustpilot. I was surprised to find no reviews there. 

Ok, the next website to visit was Trustpilot. No results, again. 

I started looking for Brillassignment Reddit reviews. No information was found there too. It seemed to be a little bit strange. I started having doubts - Is Brillassignment reliable? If a service is popular among students, as a rule, there are a lot of reviews on the Internet.

Despite the lack of positive Brillassignment reviews from users, I decided to risk and order a paper on this service. 

Guarantees

Brillassignment refund policy says that to get a refund, clients have to contact the customer support service. Learners can get a full or partial refund in case a paper was not delivered in time, or it was of the unsatisfying quality.

The refund request has to be sent not later than within three days after the order was completed. If you want your money back in four days or later, it will be your problem: the company won’t return your means. I didn’t find info about the percentage of refunds provided to learners if their papers are not good enough. 

Revision policy claims that all clients are free to ask for unlimited revisions within two weeks after the initial completion of the academic paper. In case you have ordered a dissertation, you are free to ask for revisions for one month.

Don’t think that you will be able to ask for revisions ten times, if your new requirements do not coincide with the initial ones, you may get a refusion.

The writing company offers such services as writing research papers, essays, term papers, coursework, dissertations, lab reports, and marketing plans. The main target audience of the service are students from the UK.

Ordering Process

To place an order, I had to fill in a special order form consisting of four steps. Step number one was paper details. I had to write a topic, type of a document, subject, spacing, number of pages, and urgency.

An interesting option is that you can select a preferred writer, but, keep in mind, it will cost +20% to the total sum. The second step was the custom requirements. I had to provide info about an academic level, number of sources, and a style of language. To choose a UK writer will cost you +5%. 

Step number three is the service level. I had to select a standard, premium, or platinum service package. Frankly speaking, I think such an offer is just a way to squeeze money from customers.

There was no need to pay more for the writer’s background and for the high priority of the order because I had already provided info about the necessary deadline. 

The final step was to give my contact info. I had to write my full name, email, country, phone number, and the preferred currency. Payment methods included payment with PayPal, Skrill, and credit cards. 

Summing up, an order form was not complicated to fill in, but it took some time to know about additional services and offered packages. 

Prices and Fees

Brillassignment prices are quite high. One page of an essay that will be ready in ten days costs €19.00. Keep in mind that it will be of the standard quality. One page of the platinum essay ready in three hours costs €59.63.

I have ordered a book review, so paid €20.13 per one page and my order had to be ready in a week. I have chosen a standard service level. If you plan to order a dissertation on Physics, for example, be ready to spend €20.73 per page, and it will be written in two months. In case you urgently need it in 48 hours, then be ready to pay €33.70 per page.

I used my Brillassignment discount code, and I paid €9 less. Nice surprise, really? 

Paper Quality

Is Brillassignment fake? I decided to check it, and that’s why I ordered a book review three pages long. I set the deadline of 7 days, chose the type of paper and a class I needed it for. My paper cost  €60.45.

Quite a high price for such an order, don’t you think so? Is Brillassignment scam? I started thinking so the day before the deadline. When I finally got my order, I was not satisfied with its quality. I knew that a service provided some free revisions, but I simply couldn’t use this option because of the lack of time. 

Customer Support

There are several ways to get in touch with customer support: via phone, email, and a live chat. I contacted customer support to know more about the service levels. A manager answered my questions rather quickly.

I mentioned that she (her name was Mary) started recommending me a VIP service package. To tell the truth, I was not surprised because it was the most expensive one and cost €24.21. 

Offers and Extra Services

The company allows choosing a preferred writer. To use this option, be ready to pay 20% more. I didn’t want to spend extra money, so I missed this option.

Other additional services include VIP support, proofread by the editor, VIP service package, and the service of the top ten writers. Keep in mind that prices for additional services depend on the number of pages in the ordered paper. 

I have ordered a three-page book review and see how changed the cost of services. So, the more pages are in your academic paper, the more you will pay.
