CustomEssayOrder is a very average writing company with a very average quality of papers. The service claims that it hires only ENL writers, but the photos of their writers are fake. How could one trust such a company if it lies about their writers’ origins? If you take a look at their refund policy, it will make you doubt even more whether you should trust this service. There are too many questions for this company, but I got so little answers.

CustomEssayOrder.com claims that it has been working for over 10 years, and by this time the company has completed 90.000 papers for more than 35.000 clients worldwide. Another solid statement made by this writing company is that they hire writers only from the UK, the US, Australia, and New Zealand. They even present photos of some experts, but take a look at them. Don’t they look a bit strange, as if somebody took them from a photostock?

They do because those are not real and people you see on these photos have probably never even heard about this company where they supposedly work. You can google these photos and see for yourself that they are fake.

It is only a little thing that captured my attention while I was on the site, but it was enough for me to think - Is customessayorder legit? Can I trust this service if they lie to me about their writers?

For a company working over 10 years in this industry, it is very strange that there are no customessayorder.com reviews. I visited SiteJabber first, but only on TrustPilot could I find something.

Not much, only one comment instead of at least a dozen of them which could provide a better impression about the service. I also was searching for customessayorder reddit reviews, but found nothing there too.

There is no price list page or any other similar table where you can learn about the company’s cost of services. So, the only way to find the price of a particular assignment is to move to the order form page.

On the home page, you may see a banner which states that the prices start from $12.71 here. And that is actually true if you require just an essay within the longest possible deadline like 10 days or more.

On the site, you may also see a notion about a discount, but I didn’t find a customessayorder discount code anywhere there. There is no even such a field in the order form where you could apply it. It seems the common practice for this service to make a big announcement with no information on how to get what they are talking about.

Assignment Quality

I remembered the statement that the company only hired native English-speaking writers. So, when placing an order, I expected to get a top-notch quality paper. Instead, I received a quite average work which was clearly not completed by a person from the USA, the UK, or any other English-speaking country. I know that for sure because I found enough errors in my paper to prove that it couldn’t have been written by a pro mastering English as a native speaker.

Support for Users

I was not satisfied with the work of this department. An agent was quite unfriendly, he didn’t even say hello to me when I asked about a refund policy and simply sent me a link. I am used to more communicative agents who are always ready to help.
