And the first thing I want to learn is information about the company. Since I didn’t find the About Us page, I addressed my question to a support agent, and here is the answer I received.

It is a very and very general information, so let me translate it into a human language. The company working worldwide means that they do not have the headquarters, which means that its factual location can be somewhere in Africa. To get a full image of essayoneday.com, I’ve decided to check the online reputation of this company. Usually, I use Reddit, Sitejabber, or Trustpilot to learn what customers say about the service I observe. To my deepest disappointment, I didn’t find a lot there. Only 2 essay one day reviews on Sitejabber and that’s it. One of the customers’ comments was negative, and another one was positive. So, I got no other choice, but to search for truth on other less popular platforms where people were sharing their experience with this service.

The result shows that most of essayoneday com reviews contain negative feedback. Users complain about poor quality of service and high prices. They also claim that even ENL writers do not have the perfect knowledge of English.

Ordering process consists of three steps. On each stage, you need to provide specific details about your order. Hence, in the beginning, you need to select a type of paper and a discipline. Other options are not obligatory, but they will help a writer to do your assignment more accurately.

On the next step, you see the final price and may add some extra features at will. They are not obligatory, and some of them may significantly increase the cost of your assignment, but these options are supposed to make your paper of better quality.  

The final step requires you to check all the information that you have previously provided about your assignment, select a payment option, and confirm the order.

However, if you set more realistic requirements for your paper and decide to check the average price for the order, you will get a price of about $115. Not as low as you expected in the beginning, is it?

8.Paper Quality

Keeping in mind all those negative comments about poor writing quality, I still decided to place an order on essayoneday, but I requested a simple essay. What did I get in a return? Well, at least the paper was not plagiarized, that is a good sign. Nevertheless, the essay was not great. I found too many grammar mistakes and even typos which are not acceptable when you order writing help from academic experts. A person who was working on my assignment lacked writing skills and experience and, as a result, I got a paper which was of lower quality than I expected.

9.Customer Support

Customer support was very annoying and unfriendly. I ask a question about the company, and in return, he asks what type of an assignment I have. What? I am not interested yet in your service, I am just trying to learn more about the company. Why cannot agents just do what they have to do and answer the questions customers ask? Such attitude only irritates and makes you feel like the company is absolutely deaf to all your concerns and only wants you to place an order.

10.Offers and Extra Services

If you need some extra services, here is what essayoneday may offer to you. As always, you can select a category of a writer from standard to advanced or ENL. Among additional features, you can also find a plagiarism report, abstract page, and VIP support. The only truly useful one in this list is an abstract page. The other two are quite contradictory, and in case of plagiarism report even pointless since the company promises you to deliver an original work.
