Is Rapid Essay reliable? Are they a service you should order from, or should you avoid them? There is no clear-cut answer, but I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. I hope you won't repeat my mistake and think very carefully before giving your money to this site. They have problems with paper quality and often miss the deadlines. That’s not what customers expect when they pay money for the service. You can find a more reputable service, and get a quality and original essay for the same price or even lower.

Is Rapid Essay legit? I doubt it. The site which offers to pay extra for English as a native language writer is hard to be called legit. However, the website's Terms of Use says that they have a registered office at 37 Warren Street, London, United Kingdom, W1T 6AD. In any case, it is one of the worst customer services: endless lies, do not keep their promises, contradicting one another.

I found a few negative feedback on a Google search for “rapid essay.com review” but these essay review websites with these reviews didn’t look credible. So, I decided to check the website and do my own Rapid Essay rating.

Guarantees

Is Rapid Essay safe? I can say exactly that it isn’t. Unfortunately, I’ve learned that from my own experience. Rapid Essay scam is hard to spot at first glance. The Policy says that you may get free revisions within 7 days after an order is approved and within 21 days for the orders with a progressive delivery feature. Your revision instructions should remain the same as they were in the paper details, otherwise, you should pay extra.

Quality-based refund requests are reviewed by their specialists within 14 days. All other refund requests are reviewed within 3-4 business days after the order was canceled. 

Types of Services

Rapid Essay provides not many types of services. You can order only the most frequently used types of paper, such as an essay, thesis, dissertation, etc.

You can find a full list of services on the order page. The company doesn’t provide editing or proofreading services. Other companies do offer this, so rapidessay is lagging behind their competitors. However, you may order a blog post or a poem. These services can be rarely met on ghostwriting websites. They also have a free plagiarism checker, but it doesn’t work correctly. 

Ordering Process

You can place an order right on the main page of the website. You should choose a type of paper you need, a number of pages and your academic level. One page equals to 275 words.

On the next step, you should choose your discipline, specify a paper’s title and instructions. You may upload some documents as additional materials. You may request MLA, APA, or Chicago/Turabian format for your paper. The shortest deadline for any type of paper is 4 hours, and the maximum deadline is 14 days. 

Prices and Fees

I couldn’t find a Rapid Essay discount code on the site. I paid $20 for a 2-page high school essay with the 14-day deadline. The cost was the lowest, but the quality was also very poor. One page of an essay of the undergraduate level with the 4h deadline costs $40.

If you select 14d deadline, the price will be $14. You may pay extra for a PowerPoint presentation, but It will costs you an additional $5 per page.

Paper Quality

First of all, I have provided the company with detailed instructions and even attached a few articles, but none of them was read. The formatting was not followed too. The Rapid Essay plagiarism level is sky-high. The writer tried to fix it, but all his efforts failed. It looks like he tried to rephrase some texts from the Internet, but still, he made a great number of grammar and punctuation mistakes. There were mistakes on every single page. I even found a few typing errors. After all, they also refused to give me my money back. It was a big waste of my money and time.

Customer Support

You can write your question to a support manager in Live Chat, or you can use RapidEssay number. I called them several times and asked for a refund. They made me waiting for almost 2 weeks first. Then they denied my request. Even when I provided proofs of plagiarism, they still ignored my refund request. It was probably one of the most unpleasant experiences with customer support.

Offers and Extra Services

To get an English speaking writer will increase the final cost of your paper by 30%. There are also other extra services. Some of them are quite strange. I don’t know what does “Smart Paper” means. You can get a writer’s samples for $5 and receive a copy of sources for $14.95. There is also such a service as progressive delivery, but it increases the cost of your paper by 10%.
