Without order price calculator, not a single reliable Essaylab.com review online, high prices, and poor writing quality, this service does not seem trustworthy. The only good thing about this company is a friendly support service. Still, I wouldn’t recommend using it, unless you have money to spare.

Is Essaylab scam? I’m not sure. Despite the cute website, the company seems to be very new to academic writing market. It offers a standard range of services for college and high school students, but I couldn’t find a single meaningful and trustworthy review or an Essay Lab online promo code. Overall, I wouldn’t order another paper from them.

I also would like to mention in my Essaylab review their webpage. First of all, there is too much text. The letters are quite small, and the message the service wanted to transmit is very big. It took me about half an hour to read everything, And I took breaks because I can’t say it was the most interesting thing I’ve ever read, so I was getting bored easily. I had such a feeling that the writer who made the content for this webpage wanted to earn as much money as possible, and that’s why the users right now have to read it all to find the necessary info. By the way, about that. It’s really hard to find the necessary information.

And the other thing is the general design. I don't like the colors, especially the green ones. The idea with the professor is understandable because it’s an Essaylab but it could have been implemented considerably more interestingly. Plus seeing the professor mixing something I have a feeling that my essay will be done the same way: one paragraph from Wikipedia, the other from an old essay, and the third from some journal. I start thinking about possible plagiarism and can’t help but doubt whether this service can guarantee 100% original essay.

Online reputation

I couldn’t find much information on this service online. There are zero Essay Lab reviews at SiteJabber and Trustpilot, and googling “essaylab reddit” was no more informative. The only reviews are three one-liners at the bottom of the website, and those seem written by the company itself. It’s even more suspicious considering the fact that they posted the pictures. I’m 100% sure that any student after using a writing service doesn’t want his picture to be posted on the Internet where literally the whole world can read that you didn’t write your paperwork yourself. Other similar services always promise anonymity. That is why those Essay lab reviews look fake to me. And when you feel that something is fake, you start questioning all the aspects of the service work. I don't want to say that they are scammers or something like that but I would be conscious when placing the order.

Most search results lead to reviews on essaylab.org, which is a different agency. Overall, the lack of reviews seems fishy and makes me wonder “Is Essaylab.com legit or is Essayslab.org scam?”.

Guarantees

Essaylab refund and plagiarism guarantees are contradictory. They promise to provide 100% plagiarism-free paper, but won’t refund the money unless there are over 10% of proven uncited borrowings. You can request a revision within 7 days after paper delivery, and a refund within 3 days.

However, the company only refunds “an amount comparable to the percentage of incorrect content in the paper”. You should provide proof of mistakes, like the professor’s assessment, but the company won’t refund you if you submit the paper to your professor. It’s all very confusing.

Ordering Process

What I really don’t like about some of the writing services, is that they don’t have an online price calculator or table with prices. I hope that if it is mentioned in some Essayailab reviews, the service will do something about it. I don’t want to spend my time passing four steps of order placement and find out in the end that I have to pay more than I considered my budget.  I had to specify the subject, type, and topic of the paper, set the deadline to the hour. I selected 5 sources to be cited and specified the citation style. The only field that gave me pause was “Writer’s Level”, but I’ll talk more about it later.

Prices and Fees

Experimenting with the order form, I could lower the price of a single-page essay down to about $20. Both rewriting and editing cost half as much, approximately $10 per page. Premium and Platinum writers add 10% and 15% to the price, which doesn’t seem like much, but could make the world of difference.

Paper Quality

I ordered a 550-word five-paragraph essay with a 10-day deadline paying about $40. There are three possible levels for the writer's choice: All levels, Gold, and Platinum. I chose All levels meaning that all writers could see my order.  I was not surprised when I received paperwork of poor quality. My essay was incoherent, with lots of misspellings, typos, and grammar mistakes.  I just hope that other customers will be luckier than I was and that the authors of their essays will be more skillful. It’s my strong belief that my so-called specialist is still going to high school. After receiving such paperwork it was even more difficult for me to answer the question “Is Essaylab legit?”.

Customer Support

I talked to Sarah, who answered my initial query in under a minute and was friendly and helpful. I contacted the customer support team once, before placing an order, so I’m not sure how accommodating they would be in solving my troubles with the paper. My short chat was the only positive aspect of dealing with Essaylab.com.

Offers and Extra Services

The company does not offer free goodies, nor could I find an essaylab.com promo code. However, you can pay extra to secure progressive delivery ($8.99), one-page abstract ($20.25), VIP support by Personal Manager ($12.99), and essay outline ($12).
