My livepaperhelp review based on my own experience. Despite the fact that the site has many pleasant promises and everything looks very decent, I was not satisfied with the quality of work and the pricing policy. I can note that the work of a support team was good. However, the work of the site as a whole was not on the high level. I was wondering, “Is livepaperhelp legit?”, but this information was not easy to find. You can see the sections “Terms and Conditions” and “Privacy Policy” only on the order page.

I found only two Livepaperhelp reviews on the website, and both comments described the service as a trustworthy one. I didn’t manage to find more reviews on such sites as TrustPilot and SiteJabber, which was weird. Also, I tried Livepaperhelp Reddit search but still got nothing.

So I am supposed to make a conclusion about the site only by two reviews left on the official website 10 months ago. It just made me ponder, “Is livepaperhelp reliable?” - Well, I am not sure. 

Real Assurances

A full refund is possible within 3 days if you are not satisfied with your paper. You can count on a refund if you receive an assignment after the deadline or the writer didn’t follow your instructions. You can also return your money if the paper contains more than 10% of unoriginal content.

You can also get a partial refund if you decide to cancel your order. In this case, it depends on the work stage, but at best you can return 70% or 50% of your money. What was a real surprise, despite the service’s shortcomings, is that the process of placing an order is quite simple. On the main page in the upper right corner you can see a large “Order Now” button.

By clicking this button, you go to the page where the customer fills out a short order form, providing all the details and set a deadline. Then the site offers us to choose the type of service and the writer’s category of quality. You can also add your personal recommendations for the paper.

The minimum price per page starts at $10 for High school papers. The most expensive will be a PhD papers with the shortest deadline of 4 hours. 

Overall Writing Quality

I placed an order at Livepaperhelp for the first time. My order was completed on time, but then I started reading my essay. I was surprised to find out that my assignment didn’t contain all the required information that I asked in the instructions.

Moreover, sometimes text deviated from the main topic. It was also a huge disappointment for me to see so many mistakes that the writer made writing my essay. My paper was of very and very poor quality. 

Customer Assistance

I contacted the support team and asked about a discount system. Sidney answered quickly, but her reply was not honest. She said that they did not provide discounts, but only because I insisted, it turned out that they actually had a discount system, but only for me.

So, there still was a chance to get a 10% discount if I placed two more orders within an hour…  well, it’s better than nothing. So livepaperhelp discount system leaves a lot to be desired.  

After that, I wanted to ask about an abstract, but an agent told me that all operators were busy at the moment. So, I got no reply and left on my own. 

Extra Paper Deals

I found some special offers on the website. The first one was on the home page, and it said that they offered one cost for any paper – from 18$ per page.

But when I asked about this offer, my writer said that probably I should change the deadline to get this special offer. But there was said nothing about the deadline in this offer… So the price was still high. And again, it made me think, “Is lifepaperhelp fraud?”

Then while placing an order, on the second step, I saw that I could choose a writer’s quality. The Premium Writer option increases the final price by 10%, and the Platinum writer requires to pay 20% more. 

So I chose “All writers”, and I really hoped that the fact that I would not pay more, did not mean that the quality would be poor. But unfortunately, I was wrong.
