Online reputation

There are no buyessayonline.org reviews on SiteJabber and Trustpilot. Even googling “buyessayonline.org reddit” returned no results. On the testimonial page, you’ll see 11 (!) reviews, all of them positive. I’m not sure these are authentic and written by the clients, not the writers themselves.

Guarantees

There is no chance of getting a buyessayonline refund. I couldn’t find neither the Terms of Use, not the Money Back Policy, and the support manager could not provide a link. The legal documents are only available for registered users. Is buyessayonline legit or a scam? The lack of basic documentation makes me wonder.

To place an order I had to create an account. After that, it took me three steps and multiple fields to order a 4-page long essay. I could specify the subject and topic, the English native or fluent writer and writing level to a college year. The strangest field was Paper size (European A4 or US Letter Size).

Prices and Fees

The buyessayonline pricing is above the market average, with rates starting at $16.50 per high school level page with a 15-day deadline. Proofreading and editing are cheaper, starting at $10.50. Business writing is more expensive with a standard rate at $20.70 per page for a 15-day deadline. There is a loyalty program that allows you to get a 15% discount for 100+pages ordered. I couldn’t find a single buyessayonline discount code though there is a field for it at the final step of the order process.

Paper Quality

Even though I requested a native English speaker as my writer, the paper quality showed they were anything but native speakers. I asked for a free revision (only available within 10 business days after delivery), but it didn’t make much of a difference. Overall, it was a waste of money.

Customer Support

Jaden the Support Wizard joined chat quickly, but couldn’t answer my questions about the Terms of Use and the Money Back Policy. After he asked me to wait for a second, I waited for an hour without a word from him. Copious exclamation marks made me feel like he was shouting at me. Overall, a rather unpleasant experience.

Offers and Extra Services

There are no extra offers during the order process as far as I could tell. However, there are free features, including a title and reference page, an outline, and a plagiarism report. Delivery is also free though I wonder why anyone would ask me to pay extra for delivering the paid order to my Inbox.
